Considering Renting- Check with your HOA Manager First

Rental Properties are Restriced in the Ridge. If you are considering renting your home you will want to contact Kwasi with Morris Management to ensure you are in compliance and not subject to violation fees. You may qualify for a Military exception or you may be put on our waiting list. You may reach Kwasi Okyere at 360.292.1125 or kokyere@morrismanagement.com

Please remember that painting, fences, and other home improvements must be in compliance with the HOA CC&R's . You may contact Kwasi with Morris Management at KOkyere@morrismanagement.com or 360-292-1125 to request a PIC Application for approval. Or complete the PIC application on this website and send to RGHPIC@morrismanagement.com.

Animals must be on leash. No owner may allow animals to roam off leash in Ridge at Gig Harbor. Owners are responsible for picking up pet wastes and all animals not confined in their yards must be on a leash.
