Rental Properties are Restriced in the Ridge. If you are considering renting your home you will want to contact Kwasi with Morris Management to ensure you are in compliance and not subject to violation fees. Animals must be on leash. No owner may allow animals to roam off leash in Ridge at Gig Harbor. Owners are responsible for picking up pet wastes and all animals not confined in their yards must be on a leash.
Parking Issues

Parking Enforcement
To report the following types of parking issues on the public streets (Borgen Lp., Cedar Ct. or Amber Ct.), please contact the City of Gig Harbor at 253-851-2236 with as much information as possible (address, make/model, color, plate #).  Please note that unless the vehicle is in a fire zone, blocking traffic or restricting emergency access, it will not be towed immediately but it may be ticketed and eventually towed at the City’s discretion.
  • Abandoned, disabled or unregistered vehicles
  • Boats, RV’s, trailers or semi-tractor trucks and/or trailers
  • Blocking traffic and/or emergency access
  • Blocking fire hydrant or in emergency zone
  • Blocking Public Utility Access
  • On or blocking sidewalk or wheel chair access
If you have any parking issues other than those listed above or any that occur in driveways, private streets (Kinglet Ln., Honeysuckle Ln. or Lake Ln.) or private easements that provide access for more than one home (located at each corner of Borgen Lp.), please email your association manager with as much information as possible and a photo.
